Terms of Service
Last updated: October 2026 • Effective immediately upon account registration
1. Service Description
Botlify provides cloud hosting infrastructure, in-browser code editor tools, SQLite 3 database services, and automated webhook management for Telegram bots. By creating an account or using our API, you agree to these Terms.
2. Account Security & Bot Tokens
You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and Telegram Bot API tokens. Any action executed through your bot container or authorized OAuth credentials is your legal responsibility. Never share your BotFather bot tokens publicly.
3. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree NOT to use Botlify for any of the following prohibited activities:
- Sending unsolicited mass spam, phishing campaigns, or fraudulent financial schemes.
- Hosting malicious payloads, viruses, DDoS flood tools, or illegal material.
- Circumventing Telegram API Terms of Service or rate limits.
- Attempting to break out of isolated PHP container sandboxes or disrupt our infrastructure.
Violations will result in immediate container suspension, account termination, and potential reporting to law enforcement.
4. Resource Quotas & Fair Usage
Each account receives designated container memory, disk storage, and bot allowances based on their plan tier. Abuse of shared CPU or network bandwidth may lead to automatic throttling.
5. Service Availability & Disclaimer
We aim for 99.9% uptime for auto SSL webhooks and bot runtime containers. However, the service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind.
6. Termination
You may delete your account and bot containers at any time via the Web Dashboard. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms.
